The service
Seqento helps you create short videos: it suggests ideas and scripts, guides your recording and edits your footage. The app is in active development and pre-release (beta) versions may change, be interrupted or contain errors.
Your account
An account is created on your device when you first use the app. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your device secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you record, write and upload. You give us the right to store and process it only as far as needed to provide the service to you, including sending it to the providers described in our privacy policy.
You are responsible for your content. Only film and upload what you are allowed to, including music, brands and people who appear in your video, and do not upload anything unlawful or harmful.
AI-generated suggestions
Ideas, hooks, scripts and descriptions are generated with AI and can be wrong or unsuitable. You decide what you say and publish. Check facts and claims, especially about health, money, legal or regulated topics, before you post.
Credits
Some actions use credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be granted for testing. We may change what an action costs.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, no access to other people's data and no use to harass, deceive or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Seqento available but provide it "as is", without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app under Profile. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
