SeqentoDelete your Seqento account
Seqento is made by Jamin Media. You can delete your account and the data that belongs to it at any time, in the app or by email.
Delete it in the app
1. Open Seqento and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
No access to the app?
Email hello@seqento.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account and login details, your profile and profile answers, logo and photo, ideas, scripts, recordings, edited videos, revision requests, private b-roll clips, progress, streaks and challenges, notification settings, bug reports you sent and your activity history.
What is kept
B-roll clips you chose to share with other users stay in the shared library, without any link to you. Anonymous usage and cost statistics that can no longer be linked to you are kept. Subscription payments are handled by Apple or Google, who keep their own purchase records.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).
